Exchange & Refund Policy

Exchange
You can exchange your order within 7 days from the date of delivery.  If you need to exchange it for the same item in a different size, first send us an email along with your order id at order4retail@gmail.com and follow the instructions mentioned in email. In the case of any refund or exchange buyer has to send the product  himself/herself  as we do not offer return pick up facilities.
Return or Refund
Broken seal or used or open seal packet is not eligible for any refund. In case of Electronic items once seal is broken and used will not eligible for any refund and can only ask for an exchange. In the case of Refund Shipping and COD charges isn’t applicable and the same amount would be deducted from the paid order amount. There will be no refund for the liquid items.
we strictly check the products before the dispatch following the daily video recording of dispatch process. 
To be eligible for a refund on returning an item, the item must be unused, without dirt, any kind of spots, any alteration work, package tampering and in the same condition that you received it. Once we received the return products and it passed the quality check parameter is successfully, then the product amount (Less courier and COD charges) will be credited back to your account.
 Exceptions
Some items may not be eligible for return/refund if you "no longer need it or did not like the product" (including cases of buyer's remorse such as incorrect design or colour of product ordered or incorrect product ordered or other seller is offering the product on lower price) or item purchased in any offer or scheme. The company shall not be held responsible in any manner for any misinterpretation of the product perceived by the customer.
